Adobe launched a new app for iPad called Adobe Voice to help users create and share animated videos with images, music, video recording and special effects.
Adobe, renowned software developing company, is treating the owners of Apple iPads with a new mobile app that helps make interactive storytelling videos in a matter of minutes. The new app, Adobe Voice, creates animated video stories, complete with music, graphics, images and special effects that can be shared online. The mobile app includes several interesting features to engage users in storytelling through videos.
The company announced the Voice app, Thursday, and claims it to be extremely fast and easy to use. Users can start by creating an outline of their video by selecting a preset story template and add a personal touch by importing their own photos, or use the app's library of 25,000 icons and even search the internet for images of their own choice. As the name of the app suggests, users can record their own voice to be integrated in a story or create a soundtrack that perfectly matches the story.
"Adobe Voice puts the power of Creative Cloud's industry-leading video and audio technology into the hands of the masses," Winston Hendrickson, Adobe's vice-president of products for Creative Media Solutions, said in a press release, Thursday. "Our move to Creative Cloud has given us a much broader canvas for innovation and attracted many new users to Adobe. We believe Adobe Voice, and other mobile apps expected in the next few months, will continue the momentum we're seeing."
While there are several video making apps found on the internet, Adobe is aiming to stand out with Voice's simple interface and ease-of-use. The company finds its use in schools, where teachers and students can create interactive videos without the hassle of operating complicated software. The videos can be shared on social networks, personal blogs and websites and be sent to other users via email.
The all-new Adobe Voice is a free app and is available for download on iTunes.
