Jessica Alba is proving that she doesn't need to be naked to be successful.
In an interview with Glamour magazine the 33-year-old actress, who has a strict no-nudity clause in her contract, is unveiling the reason behind why she won't be stripping down on camera.
"I don't want my grandparents to see my boobs," she told Glamour magazine for their June issue. "That's it. It would be weird at Christmas. And, I mean, really, if you look at the movies I have done, getting naked would never 'elevate' the picture."
Alba, who was raised Catholic, admitted that she has only had two boyfriends and one of them is her current husband 35-year-old Cash Warren, whom she met while filming the 2004 action movie "Fantastic Four". Warren and Abla have been married for six years and have two daughters.
The California native's first relationship was with "NCIS's" Michael Weatherly. After three-years the former couple became engaged despite their 12-year age difference.
"Relationships can be tough, and I was engaged before," Alba told the magazine. "I've only had two boyfriends. In the first one, with Michael [Weatherly], I didn't have a voice yet, and he was so much older."
Alba continued: "But now [with Cash] there are no more surprises. At around two and a half years, you're kind of like, 'Are we in it? Are we doing this?' And the easiest part? That would be snuggling every night."
The actress also talked about her inspiration for starting her own business, The Honest Company - which promotes and sells eco-friendly, natural and health-conscious family and home products.
"I had so many health issues, and come hell or high water, my kids were going to be as healthy as possible," she said. "My life was tough as a kid. I was so lonely. And I felt really disconnected from my friends because I spent so much time in the hospital with grownups, and felt like a weirdo. It's a strange way to spend your time as a kid. All you want to do is play."
Alba, will reprise her role as stripper Nancy Callahan in the highly anticipated sequel "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For," set to hit theaters on Aug. 22.
Directed by Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller, the movie also stars original cast members Bruce Willis, Rosario Dawson and Mickey Rourke and will feature appearances by Josh Brolin, Jaime King, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Eva Green.
Glamour's June issue hits newsstands nationwide on May 13.
