Kelly Rowland Secretly Marries Manager Tim Witherspoon; Beyoncé Skips Nuptials at Last Minute?

According to reports, Kelly Rowland secretly got married to her fiancé/manager Tim Withersoon in a quiet Costa Rica ceremony. A source told Media Take Out that Rowland celebrated her nuptials with family and friends at the Four Seasons in Guancaste.

Reportedly the wedding was attended by a ton of celebrities but one important person decided not to show up. MTO claims Beyoncé skipped the wedding at the very last minute even though she told the "Motivation" singer she would be there. The site claims that Bey and her husband Jay Z decided to catch a basketball game in New York instead.

There are conflicting reports about whether the Queen B was actually present at the wedding or not. According to Sandrarose.com, a local newspaper in Liberia reported that the "Diva" singer was spotted going through customs at the airport.

"The immigration Administration confirmed to the daily La Nacion that Beyoncé Knowles is back in Costa Rica, along with Rowland and Michelle Williams, the third member of the multiplatinum-certified 'Bootylicious' group. The R&B trio arrived at Daniel Oduber international airport in Liberia, Guanacaste on Thursday," the Tico Times wrote.

There were other reports that Rowland never invited Beyoncé to the ceremony because she didn't want to the attention taken away from her on the day of the wedding. Rowland previously told People magazine that she wanted her ceremony to be about her and her fiancé.

"I think we just really want it to be us and our pastor," she said. "That's it."

"You have to pay for food for everyone and I'm not down with that," she jokingly added. "Everyone is there just to be nosy and see who I'm wearing, you know. I'm ok."

It was also rumored that Beyoncé wanted to skip Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Paris wedding on May 24. According to reports, she felt like it was receiving too much media attention and she didn't want to be on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." It's been said that West and Kardashian will allow cameras to film the wedding for a two-part special on E!.
