Alec Baldwin has been arrested - again.
In Touch Weekly reported that the "30 Rock" actor was arrested and taken into custody at New York's 13th precinct police station for disorderly conduct in Manhattan on Tuesday. The altercation reportedly began after Baldwin was asked to stop riding his bicycle against traffic.
"Basically around 10:15, he was riding his bicycle the wrong way in vicinity of 16th and Fifth [Avenue]. He was approached by the officers and was asked for [identification]," a police spokesperson said, according to FOX411. "He then became belligerent and started arguing and he was taken into custody."
The 56-year-old actor was not carrying an ID with him, and became unruly with officers who asked him for identification. In Touch Weekly released pictures of the hotheaded actor being handcuffed and stuffed into the back of a police car.
"He was issued two summonses one for traffic violation and one for disorderly conduct," the spokesperson added. "He did not present ID to the police officer."
The New York Daily News reported that Baldwin continued to complain about his arrest, even after arriving at the E. 21st St. stationhouse. The actor has reportedly since been released.
In February, Baldwin threatened to leave New York because he wanted privacy. He told New York Magazine he was craving to be in Los Angeles after over 30 years in the Big Apple - an effort to give his wife Hilaria and their nine-month-old daughter Carmen a more private life.
Baldwin was arrested in 1995, after he reportedly punched a cameraman whom he asked to stop filming the homecoming of his daughter, Ireland, with ex-wife Kim Basinger. The actor's old older brother, Stephen Baldwin, was arrested last month for driving with a suspended license in New York.
