Apparently, not everyone is a fan of Cody Simpson's cheeks.
The former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant shared a racy picture of his naked butt on Facebook and Instagram on Sunday. In the picture, the 17-year-old Australian singer wears nothing while standing arms wide open facing the Queensland's iconic Gold Coast in Australia.
"Free. throwback to Sunday morning on the coast after a big one. surfed out too. how bout that tan. taken by bae," the "Surfboard" singer wrote.
MTV reported that the name "Bae" refers to his ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid, who is the daughter of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Foster. The couple called it quits in early May after a year of dating, due to busy schedules. A representative for Simpson said the two remain friends.
Within an hour of posting the picture, the singer had reportedly received almost 10,000 likes on Facebook but also received numerous comments criticizing the singer for posting an "inappropriate" picture.
"Looks like Instagram didn't like my a**," Simpson Tweeted on Monday.
The nude photo was deleted from Simpson's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
According to Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, "You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service. You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence."
Simpson is scheduled to return for the season finale of "Dancing With the Stars," where he will hit the dance floor for a quick routine with his partner, Witney Carson, and perform his latest single "Surfboard."
