Indiana won Game 1 on Sunday by a comfortable margin, 107-96. Pacers star Paul George finished with 24 points, David West and Roy Hibbert both added 19 points, Lance Stephenson chipped in with 17 points and George Hill had 15 points.

For the first time in a while, the Pacers looked like the Eastern Conference's No. 1 seed.

"There's nothing to celebrate. It's not like we won a championship. It's one game," Hill told the Associated Press. "Yes, it was good, but if we come out and lay an egg on Tuesday, this game doesn't mean anything."

Despite strong performances from Heat stars LeBron James (25 points, 10 rebounds) and Dwyane Wade (27 points), Miami was unable to come out on top. Heat forward Chris Bosh was nonexistent in the loss, finishing with just nine points and two rebounds.

"The game's still so fresh. It's too hard to just say, 'Well, we need to do this better in Game 2,'" James said after the loss. "We need to evaluate our mistakes and things we did in Game 1 first before I can say what we need to bring to Game 2."

A day removed from the loss, James told reporters he wasn't going to change his approach to the game.

"My approach is the same every game, try to put pressure on the defense, try to get to the free-throw line to help us win," he said. "I got to the rim, I got my shots going, but I've got to do a little more, too."
