Giuliana Rancic is staying on E!.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 39-year-old broadcast journalist has extended her contract with E! for two more years - keeping her on the network through April 2016.
"Giuliana has been an important part of the E! family for 12 years now and we are thrilled to extend her overall deal with the network," Cyndi McClellan, president of network strategy and E! News, said in statement. "Giuliana brings not only a wealth of experience to the air, but also a fun, relatable and candid energy that makes her a fan favorite amongst E! viewers and incredibly popular across the entertainment community."
Rancic joined E! in 2002 as an "E! News" correspondent and in 2005 became anchor and managing editor for the show. She will continue as anchor and managing editor for the Emmy-nominated show.
"This is an incredibly exciting time in my life," Rancic said. "I'm thrilled and blessed to be able to pursue all of my passions while continuing on at E!, my home away from home. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!"
Rancic holds a position on several of the network's shows including anchoring E!'s "Live from the Red Carpet," hosting "Beyond Candid with Giuliana," and co-hosting "Fashion Police." She also appears with her husband Bill and their son Duke in their reality show, "Giuliana & Bill."
There have been rumors that Maria Menounos was in talks to replace Rancic after her contract expired. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Menounos has signed a deal with the E! Network, to "will host a new hour-long entertainment news series titled "Untold With Maria Menounos." She will also join the network's show "Live From E!" and will appear in several show specials.
"To be able to host, report and produce for an entire network, one that spans globally no less, is thrilling," Menounos said to The Hollywood Reporter. "I'm excited to exercise my talents on both sides of the camera as my partner, Keven Undergaro, and I have many projects to bring to the network through Underman/Omegagirl. I'm equally excited to join a team of hosts and producers that are amongst the finest in our industry."
