Los Angeles won their second straight game to move ahead 2-1 in the series. Kings center Tyler Toffoli accounted for one of Los Angeles' goals in the 4-3 win, making it three straight games that he's at least scored once.

"I'm having so much fun with these guys," Toffoli told the Associated Press. "Getting to play with a guy like (Jeff) Carter is a great opportunity, and (Tanner) Pearson and me are trying to live up to him."

Carter also scored a goal off an assist from Pearson, and Carson also set up Toffoli with an assist. He attributed the success of Toffoli and Pearson to the time the two spent playing together in the minors.

"They have chemistry from playing together," Carter said. "They use their speed and their skill to create opportunities, and they kind of drag me along with them, so it's fun."

Chicago's loss on Saturday overshadowed the two first-period goals from Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews. The Kings used the second period to move ahead of Chicago and take the lead, which they didn't relinquish for the rest of the game.

"Once they got the lead, they seemed to get the momentum, and we couldn't quite find our way back into the game," Toews said. "It's up to us to play better with those leads."

Toews gave Chicago a chance to win, but Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith wants more from the rest of the team.

"We all want to win in here, and Toews is obviously our captain and leader," Duncan said. "He definitely led the way tonight, but we need everybody if we are going to beat this team and try to win one here. Toews came out and led the way. It's up to the rest of us to follow that."
