Holly Bobo UPDATE: Third Suspect Due In Court Over Immunity Dispute

A third man suspected in the Holly Bobo case is scheduled for court this week over an immunity dispute, according to The Tennessean.

Though Shayne Austin was initially granted immunity from prosecutors, including "all charges arising out of the disposal, destruction, burial, and/or concealment of Holly Bobo's deceased body," authorities claim he wasn't truthful with them and have revoked the agreement.

In response, Austin's lawyer filed a breach of contract lawsuit against the prosecutors.

Two other suspects, 29-year-old Zachary Adams and 39-year-old Jason Autry, were arrested and charged earlier this year in the investigation, nearly three years after Bobo disappeared.

Bobo, a 20-year-old nursing student, went missing from her Decatur County home on April 13, 2011. Though her body has yet to be found, investigators came across new leads in February that led to the arrests.

Autry and Adams both face charges of aggravated kidnapping and first-degree murder. Mark Gwyn, director of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, said Autry and Adams are "long-time friends," the Daily News reported. He also believes there are other individuals out there with information on Bobo's disappearance.

Adams also faces a third charge of witness coercion after allegedly threatening his brother to keep quiet about the case.

An inmate told TBI investigators that when Adams learned he was being transferred to another prison -- where his brother, John Dylan Adams, is serving his term -- he asked him to send a message to his brother: "He's the one who started this s*** and if he don't shut his mouth he will be in the hole beside her," according to CBS News.
