Tillakaratne Dilshan earned the Man of the Match award for his performance, which included scoring a game-high 88 runs. Ashan Priyanjan added 43 runs, and Kumar Sangakkara added 40 runs. Sri Lanka ended up scoring 256 runs with a run rate of 5.12.
On the bowling front, Sachithra Senanayake took four wickets and Nuwan Kulasekara took three.
