Hayden Panettiere and her fiancé Wladimir Klitschko are reportedly expecting their first child together. A source told US Weekly that the 24-year-old "Nashville" actress is "totally pregnant." Panettiere and the 38-year-old boxer have been engaged since last year.
According to US, the two met at a book party in 2009 but split two years later. By Spring 2013, Panettiere and Klitschko rekindled their romance and decided they were ready to get married. The actress opened up about her relationship last year to Glamour magazine and said that she was ready to start a family with the 6-foot-6 boxer.
"I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother," she said. "Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, 'Your life ends - you're never going to be able to do anything again!' And I'm like, 'What are you talking about?' Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life."
She also talked about getting back together with Klitschko saying that she and the athlete remained close friends during their time apart.
"It's like the 2.0 version," she said. "I've always had great relationships and stayed really good friends with the guys I've dated. It blows my mind sometimes that us getting together has gotten so much attention."
During an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last year, Panettiere joked about what her children with Klitschko would look like.
"He's got bowlegs and I've got knocked knees, so they're going to have straight legs," she said in November of last year. "And they'll be normal height."
The actress was last seen walking the red carpet at the Met Gala in New York earlier this month. So far Panettiere has not addressed the baby rumors.
