'Watch Dogs' Wiki: Hacking Road Signs Reveal Random Easter Eggs Of Popular Internet Memes (PHOTOS/VIDEO)

Ubisoft's "Watch Dogs" has sprinkled in some pop culture reference through out the game.

You'll find electronic roadside signs as you make your way around the city of Chicago. Once you hack the sign a random popular Internet memes such as "I Can Has Cheezeburger," "Erhmagerd" and "Ain't Nobody Got Time For Dat." You can check out a list of all the memes in "Watch Dogs" on IGN here.

Watch Dogs" is available now for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The title will be released for the Wii U, but Ubisoft has not confirmed a launch date.

Ubisoft has also released a companion app for their "Watch Dogs" title. The ctOS Mobile app is free to download and does not require any in-app purchases. The app also doesn't require gamers to purchase title in order to download.

"ctOS Mobile has two primary ways to play with your friends on console and PC: Race and Free Ride," according to Ubisoft. "Both modes are adversarial, pitting the console/PC player against the mobile player. On the console/PC, the player must race from checkpoint to checkpoint. Every time a checkpoint is passed, more time is added back to the clock. The goal is to reach the final checkpoint before time runs out.

"On the mobile app, the player is doing everything in his power to thwart his adversary. How so? By hacking into the city via a top-down map, triggering blockers, setting off explosions and causing all kinds of mayhem. Using ctOS Mobile, the player can also attack from above via a helicopter (complete with a sniper); and he can send the local police into hot pursuit."
