Tina Turner is letting her fans know that she is feeling just fine.
The 74-year-old music legend is denying rumors that she had suffered a "mild stroke." According to German news source Express, Turner's driver Albert B. Cologne told reporters that Turner was "well on the road to recovery" after allegedly suffering from a stroke.
He also added that Turner was forced to postpone her trip with husband Erwin Bach. However, the article has since been deleted off of the news site and a representative for the "Proud Mary" singer has released a statement to dismiss false reports stating, "The fact is that Tina enjoys excellent health."
Turner's representative also said that the singer does not have a driver named Cologne and denied that Turner cancelled a planned vacation to Carinthia, which was reportedly mentioned in the story, according to the Daily Mail.
This is reportedly the second time the "Private Dancer" singer had to deny rumors about her health. In February, Oprah Winfrey slammed whispers that Turner had another stroke.
"Tina had a bad flu weeks ago. She's recovered. And LIVING life! Sent me a single long-stem red rose for my birthday," Winfrey wrote.
Last year, Turner signed her "Statement of Voluntary Relinquishment of U.S. Citizenship under Section 349 (a)(1) of the INA," the Immigration and Naturalization Act. The paperwork would relinquish her American citizenship.
The Washington Post reported that Turner has few connections to the United States other than family and she "has no plans to reside in the United States in the future." Turner currently resides in Switzerland with her husband, Bach, a German music producer, whom she had been dating since 1985 and married last year.
