Despite losing, England's Jos Buttler earned the Man of the Match award for his performance, which included scoring a game-high 121 runs. Ravi Bopara added 51 runs, and Joe Root and Gary Balance scored 43 and 42 runs, respectively. Harry Gurney took a game-high four wickets, and James Anderson and Chris Jordan each took two wickets apiece.
