Mike Epps is a wanted man.
According to the New York Daily News, authorities have issued an arrest warrant for the comedian, after he was accused of attacking fellow comedian Lavar Walker on Saturday night at the Uptown Comedy Corner in northwest Atlanta.
A police report stated that Walker was attacked by three men, including Epps, for making jokes about Epps and his comedy career. Walker posted a video on Instagram mocking the long-running feud between Epps and fellow comedian Kevin Hart. The short clip Walker implied that Epps is a drug user while mocking Hart's notoriously short stature.
Walker's lawyer Chris Stewart said Epps waited outside the comedy club to speak to his client, but when Walker came out he was reportedly struck in the face by the "Next Friday" actor and two of his male friends. Epps allegedly kicked him in the stomach, while the two other men threw Walker's cell phone and crushed his prescription glasses.
A witness said Walker, a pharmacist and local comic, did not fight back during the attack.
"He was basically pleading for them to stop," Bo Micadelic, a local comedian who saw the incident told FOX News. "And Mike Epps walked back out the deck, looked at Lavar and said, 'Are you going to call the police now?' And then he said, 'Don't make any more videos of me.'"
The two men reportedly drove away in a white GMC Yukon while Epps peeled off in a red Ferrari. Walker was transported to Grady Hospital for treatment. Pictures released on the TMZ website shows Walker sporting a neck brace with visible bruises and lacerations on his face.
Epps was also accused of assaulting a woman at the "A Haunted House 2" premiere party in April, but TMZ reported that the charges against Epps have since been dropped.
