Adam Levine and supermodel fiancée Behati Prinsloo have set a wedding date.
E! News reported that the couple plans to get marry on July 19 in an intimate ceremony at the luxe Hotel El Ganzo in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. After their nuptials Levine and Prinsloo will head to her native South Africa to "celebrate with people who can't make the trip."
The engaged couple will host a rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding and will have a separate dinner to allow guests time to say goodbye to the newlyweds. The 35-year-old rock star purposed last July shortly after rekindling their relationship.
"Adam Levine and his girlfriend Behati Prinsloo are excited to announce they are engaged to be married," Levine rep said in a statement to People magazine. "The couple recently reunited and Adam proposed this weekend in Los Angeles."
The 25-year-old model admitted to Us Weekly that she already has a wedding dress and described it as "bohemian" and "very beachy."
Levine recently celebrated his bachelor party in Las Vegas. He and 55 of his make friends partied in the Palms Casino Resort's Hardwood Suite, which has its own basketball court. The group indulged in shellfish, filets and salads, and capped things off with espresso shots.
During an interview on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" last year, the Maroon 5 frontman jokingly stated, "Famous last words, I'll never get married. I still don't necessarily think you have to get married unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them. And then you marry them, and it's wonderful."
