Monday is the final chance to sign-up for an invite to Amazon's special product unveiling June 18.
"Final Day," the online retailer said on their website. "Want an invite to our new device unveiling? Request an invitation to our launch event."
Previous reports hinted that the product could be Amazon's new 3-D smartphone.
According to Tech Crunch, the gadget's Omron's Okao Vision face-sensing technology will detect a consumer's eye movements via six cameras.
Omron can detect information about a consumer's face and its characteristics. It also examines their gender, age, and ethnicity. Users can access two installed gestures on the device's Android and Fire operating system. This also includes apps users download, programs for videos, household products, and e-books.
Amazon does not plan to stop with its upcoming announcement. The company wants to see the phone's 3-D eye-tracking concept expand. It hopes developers see its value, and make other apps from it.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the company also intends to increase sales by looking at data it collects about where consumers use their product.
"A 3-D screen will allow you to basically have multiple virtual panels you can see into the device," Enderle Group's principal analyst Rob Enderle told Marketwatch. "You could get a ton more space to put stuff on, and then rotate the box to sharpen the focus on the one item you want."
The phone's 720 pixel screen measures 4.7 inches. It's also equipped with Qualcomm's snapdragon processor and contains two gigabytes of RAM, Tech Crunch reported.
Amazon previously told consumers about the unveiling via the company's Twitter account.
"Join Amazon's founder Jeff Bezos for our launch event on June 18 in Seattle. Request an invitation.," the company said in the post.
The organization has been busy introducing new products throughout 2014. The $99 Fire TV set box launched April 2.
