Orlando, Florida is the No. 1 tourist destination in the United States and has added new attractions to some of Orlando's famous theme parks in preparation for the Summer of 2013, according to Fox News.
Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld Orlando have added to their existing exciting line up in hopes of improving the tourist experience.
Walt Disney World already expanded their world of wonder with the "New Fantasyland" at the Magic Kingdom last December which is why they did not see the need to add on yet another big attraction. Instead, Walt Disney World will be promoting their much anticipated upcoming film "Monster" by inviting guest to a huge 24-hour party to celebrate its' release.
"As we thought, wow, this is really a lot for one summer- a huge event to be able to have something in every park- what better way to kick it off than by doing something like an all-nighter so everybody can experience sort of a kick-off moment," said George Kalogridis, the Walt Disney world president.
Universal Orlando will be granting Autobot fans the experience of a lifestyle with their new "Transformers 3D Ride" scheduled to open June 20.
"It's been such a phenomenon in our two other parks," senior vice president of Universal Creative Thierry Coup said. "The response has been tremendous. It brings us the ability to put our guests in that world."
SeaWrold Orlando will be cooling off guest with the new "Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin" attraction that includes an iceberg-themed area, restaurant and trackless rides.
"It's unlike anything else in the world. This new attraction is something that could only be created by SeaWorld because of our expertise with animals," Terry Orather, SeaWorld Orlando president, said.
