Consumers with a kinect sensor-equipped game console can use gesture controls, biometric sign-in capabilities, controller paring, and make Skype video calls. Instant personalization gives gamers the opportunity to customize their machine. Instant scanning allows interactive entertainment enthusiasts to scan quick response codes. There are also added attributes in video games 'Kinect Sports Rivals," "Dead Rising 3" and "Project Spark."
The Kinect sensor enables Xbox One and Xbox 360 users to operate the device simply by talking, according to USA Today. Gamers can watch TV by connecting the game console to their satellite TV equipment. This allows users to watch shows, or flip back and forth between game screens.
According to Forbes, consumers can keep the device plugged into the interactive entertainment even when they are not using it.
Microsoft confirmed Xbox enthusiasts could use the machine with or without the kinect sensor attached at the Electronic Entertainment Expo. The Los Angeles, Calif., event runs until Thursday.
