Harry and Lloyd are back! Jim Carey and Jeff Daniels released the first trailer for the highly anticipated movie "Dumb and Dumber To" on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Tuesday, June 10.
Not much has changed with Harry and Lloyd since the original 1994 film. The two still live in the same apartment, are wearing identical clothing and keep the jokes as funny as ever.
"It's not even a movie anymore," Carey jokingly told Fallon. "It's a phenomenon."
In the sequel, Harry Dunne and Lloyd Christmas go in search of Harry's long-lost daughter in the hopes of getting a kidney transplant. Of course, things don't go as planned and the two find themselves in some awkward and hilarious situations.
Daniels previously told Hollywood Life that he thinks the sequel will be a lot funnier than the original "Dumb and Dumber."
"There are some things that we're going to do in 'Dumb and Dumber To' that make the toilet scene [in the original] seem lame," Daniels said.
"Pales in comparison and I can't divulge what, but just that they've topped it," he added.
"Dumb and Dumber To" also stars Rachel Melvin, Kathleen Turner, Brady Bluhn, Laurie Holden, Steve Tom and Rob Riggie. "Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence has also signed on for a small cameo as the younger version of Kathleen Turner.
"I know every word to 'Dumb and Dumber,' 'Step Brothers' and 'Anchorman,'" Lawrence previously said in an interview with Jimmy Fallon, adding that the original "Dumb and Dumber" is one of her favorite comedies.
"Dumb and Dumber To" hits theaters November 14, 2014.
