Its official, Uncle Joey is getting married!
Us Weekly reported that former "Full House" star Dave Coulier is engaged to photographer/producer Melissa Bring. The couple will marry July 2 in Montana.
"Melissa has been my best friend since I met her nine years ago," the 54-year-old actor told Us Weekly. "I feel like the luckiest man on the planet. I get to marry my best friend, and she doesn't mind that I have a really bad gas problem."
According to the couple's wedding website, Coulier presented Bring with a diamond ring in December before they left to vacation in Detroit, however the comedian did not actually say the words, "Will you marry me?" until New Years' Eve.
E! News reported that the nuptials will be a week-long occasion, including a "pig roast, golfing, a day in Livingston, a river day, a rodeo night, fishing and hiking in Yellowstone and a barbeque at Coulier's for the Fourth."
No word on whether the "Full House" cast will attend the wedding just yet. Coulier, John Stamos and Bob Saget have remained close over the years - even reuniting to do a series of Full-House-themed yogurt commercials, along with an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
Coulier played silly family friend Joey Gladstone on the 1980s-1990s sitcom "Full House". This will be the second marriage for the actor, who was previously married to actress Jayne Modean. The former couple met when she guest-starred on an episode of the comedy sitcom.
Coulier's former "Full House" co-star, Mary Kate Olsen, who played Michelle on the sitcom, is also engaged to her longtime boyfriend, 44-year-old Olivier Sarkozy.
