The spotlight is off Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, after they were officially cleared by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, following an investigation into the family's lifestyle.
A source told RadarOnline.com that that couple was investigated by the Los Angeles DCFS after a controversial black-and-white photo of their 13-year-old daughter, Willow in bed with 20-year-old former "Hannah Montana" star, Moises Arias, was posted on Instagram last month
"No evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused," a source at the DCFS told RadarOnline.com.
Adding that "[Willow is] a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady."
The source added that no action was taken against the A-list couple. They were also advised to keep a close eye on their children and their social media activity to avoid any further incidents. "The welfare and safety of Willow, based on the contents of the photo" is what prompted the DCFS to look further into the family's affairs.
Jada, 42, brushed off any notion of controversy, telling TMZ's cameramen: "Here's the deal: There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it and you're acting like covert pedophiles, and that's not cool."
Both parents reportedly felt the photo was innocent fun.
