Sprint announced on Tuesday the release of its new HD voice feature, as well as the establishment of 28 4G LTE sites across the United States.
The announcement also discussed three SprintSpark markets. To celebrate these milestones and entice more people to avail of their service, the company offered a satisfaction guarantee allowing people to try their services for 30 days.
The Sprint HD Voice is already available on both postpaid and prepaid smartphones offered by the company. The company estimated that it had about 16 million users.
Moving fast from the 3G data treatment, the company completed its transition to 4G LTE. To date, Sprint has 471 4G LTE markets including Seattle, Cleveland and San Jose. This meant that telecom giant could deliver data at faster speeds, and host better calls between their users. In recent years, users of the network had complained about dropped and blocked calls that prevented them from communicating seamlessly.
As part of Sprint's overhaul, the company also announced that there would be more expansions, product launches, and improvement in their technical resources.
"We believe customers will be delighted with the Sprint retail experience, our customer service, and the performance of America's newest network, so we're guaranteeing it," said Dan Hesse, Sprint Chief Executive Officer, in a press release.
The 30-day risk-free guarantee allows users to try and use Sprint's network. If they were not satisfied with Sprint's services, the company can reimburse the cost of the device and cancel all subscriptions to their services.
The company will start offering the satisfaction guarantee on June 27. Interested individuals may also call1-800-SPRINT1 or visit www.sprint.com/network. For existing customers, the guarantee was offered for the addition of other services by the Sprint store.
The announcement also mentioned the addition of international Wi-Fi calling. The service would allow Sprint users to call other people from at least 100 countries from around the world through Wi-Fi.
