Nigeria plays Argentina on Wednesday in the 2014 World Cup group stage. The match starts at 12:00 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream or listen to the radio broadcast via the links provided below.
Argentina is secured a spot in the next round, but the result of their match against Nigeria will determine if they advance as the group leader. The Argentinians hold a two-point lead and a comfortable goal differential over No. 2 Nigeria; a win or a draw would guarantee Argentina the top spot in the group, a loss would move them into second place.
A big reason for Argentina being in the position they're in is because of star Lionel Messi, who's scored once in each of Argentina's last two matches. For the rest of the Argentinian side, it's about giving Messi all the support he needs to be successful on the pitch.
"I think the people who played Diego and the guys who run out with Leo today have been very fortunate," Argentine midfielder Angel Di Maria told FIFA.com. "They got the best out of Maradona then, and we need to get the best out of Messi now. I think he's in fantastic form and let's hope it stays that way. ...
"The idea is to make (Messi) feel as comfortable as possible. In the long run, that's the most important thing for all of us."
Nigeria, meanwhile, has several ways of qualifying for the next round. A win would be the easiest way for the Super Eagles to advance as the group leaders; a draw would send them to the next round in second place. If Nigeria loses, their best bet would be Iran drawing or losing.
