Actor Noah Wyle Marries Sara Wells in 'Beautiful' Secret Ceremony (VIDEO)

Actor Noah Wyle is now a married man.

Us Weekly reported that the "ER" alum married girlfriend Sara Wells in a "very small" and secret ceremony at their ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif., in early June. Wyle revealed the good news during an appearance on ABC's "The View" Tuesday.

"It was beautiful," the 43-year-old actor said "It was great. It was a very small ceremony - we have this little farm in California. We got married on the ranch in front of the barn and then took a honeymoon."

Wyle added: "We just got back from Paris, which was incredible. Very romantic! I love to walk in foreign cities and get lost and then find my way back and the jet-lag allowed us to do that... It's such a nightlife town anyway, and the sun doesn't go down until 10 o'clock this time of year so we just strolled around."

Wells is an actress, children's entertainer and a self-described "honest-to-goodness, real life Fairy Princess." She has appeared in "Nip/Tuck" and "Californication." The now-married couple began dating in 2011 during a production at The Blank Theatre Company. They later became engaged in 2012.

This is the second wedding for Wyle, who was previously married to makeup artist Tracy Warbin from 2000 to 2009. The former couple has two children together - 11-year-old Owen and eight-year-old Auden.

Wyle recently wrapped season four of the TNT science-fiction series, "Falling Skies". The Steven Spielberg series drew in over four million viewers for its premiere on Sunday. The actor is best known for his role as Dr. John Carter on the NBC medical drama "ER".
