Switzerland still has a chance to qualify for the round of 16. They sit third in the group standings, trailing second-place Ecuador by a two-goal difference. With the possibility of advancement within reach, Switzerland's "big dreams" are close to coming to fruition, but it starts with taking three points from Honduras.

"Everyone can nurture big dreams, but first we have to do a little homework and that is to beat Honduras," Switzerland midfielder Blerim Dzemaili said, via FIFA.com. "We have seen that the big teams just relying on individuals are quickly eliminated, which little Switzerland can't afford. We have to give our all together, like we did against France, but we also had some bad luck after they scored their early goals."

Teammate Granit Xhaka acknowledged his team must play better in the first halves of games, something that was problematic in the first two matches.

"You shouldn't forget that we are little Switzerland and although we shouldn't hide from anyone, our first-half performances against Ecuador and France weren't good enough," Xhaka said. "We played better in the second half of both games, but we need to play well over the 90 minutes."

Honduras, meanwhile, is playing for pride and has the opportunity to spoil Switzerland's big dreams. The Hondurans still are looking for their first win of the tournament.
