If you have ever wondered how Katy Perry keeps her sexy, slim figure the singer might have just revealed her secret weapon on Twitter.
The "California Dreams" pop star tweeted a picture of three zip-locked bags full of her daily vitamin and supplement intake. The photo captioned "I'm all about that supplement and vitamin LYFE!" gave fans a peek into her healthy lifestyle. The three bags were labeled "upon rising," "breakfast" and "dinner."
The 28-year-old pop star has been very vocal about her healthy lifestyle. In an interview with People magazine last year Perry dished her diet secrets telling them exactly how she stays slim while on tour.
"When I was on the road, I liked to have a light soup, a piece of grilled chicken and some quinoa with grilled asparagus for dinner," she told the magazine. "I always need my daily vitamins and I loved fresh-presses juices and coconut water."
She also revealed that she loves snacks but picks healthier options like veggies, hummus, tangerines or popchips and said waking up early, getting fresh air and starting her day with a workout helps her stay in shape.
"Eating healthy is so important because I can't afford to get sick," she said. "When I was on the road, it was very important to eat a balanced meal and to make sure my energy was up for every two-hour show."
Recently, the Daily Mail reported that Perry, along with Kelly Osbourne and Roxanne Pallett, is a fan of the "M Plan", a mushroom inspired diet.
Supposedly it helps women shed pounds quickly without losing their curves. The diet promises to help women lose weight from their butt, tummy, thighs and upper arms but still keep their bust intact, reports the Daily Mail.
Over a 14-day period women have to replace one snack or dinner with a mushroom inspired dish.
