Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter Waylon Lowe filed a lawsuit against Kama Sutra Pleasure Balm Prolonging Gel claiming the product broke his penis, TMZ reported.
Lowe reportedly bought the pleasure gel at a sex shop in Philadelphia which is "supposed to desensitize the penis and enhance stamina."
During a night of passion with his fiancee, the featherweight used the lubricant and a latex condom and is now claiming his penis no longer ejaculates.
According to TMZ, the couple was interrupted by their crying daughter. When Lowe's fiancee went to soothe the child, Lowe claims that's when his penis started to hurt and when he looked down his penis was swollen.
Lowe rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with "permanent scarring and disfigurement, permanent loss of sensation, permanent loss of functioning, permanent nerve damage, loss of life's pleasures, and inability to ejaculate."
"This is very private, but very significant loss for a man who is very vital in so many other aspects," Thomas R. Kline, Lowe's lawyer told reporters. "This is a man who literally makes his living avoiding injury. He knows how to protect himself. Yet he wasn't provided with the most basic, simple instructions to protect himself from this product. If it could happen to him, it could happen to anyone."
Lowe is seeking $50,000 for damages and reportedly will not take any lower offers. Lowe holds the combination of the condom and the gel to be the reason his situation. The Kama Sutra Company allegedly denounced the lawsuit, claiming the Pleasure Balm Prolonging Gel has worked perfectly fine for the past 40-years.
Lowe has a record of 14 wins and 4 loses to date. The fighter has only been knocked out once but has seven knock-out outs under his belt. No word on the injury hindering his MMA career.
