Megan Fox is officially an Instagram user.
The former "Transformers" actress joined the popular social network on Thursday and shared a photo of herself wearing a white bathrobe, fresh-faced and makeup-free.
"First IG selfie. Early morning✔️no makeup ✔️filter✔️✔️," the 28-year-old captioned the picture.
Fox, who chose the Instagram username @the_native_tiger, described herself as the ''Child of the Cherokee Tribe, forest nymph, Lunar Leo mother goddess to two bohemian revolutionaries - my kamikaze free spirit and my peaceful warrior'' in the information box.
The actress announced she joined the photo-sharing site on her official Facebook page and also told fans to disregard all other Instagram accounts
''Hey guys - I am finally on Instagram, follow me at https://instagram.com/the_native_tiger. Disregard all the fake ones! (sic)," she wrote on Facebook.
The mother of two and wife of former "Beverly Hills 90210" actor Brian Austin Green also has a twitter account that has not been used since January 2013.
Fox also shared a picture of a burning campfire with inspirational quote from Michelle K. reading, "Some women are lost in the fire. Some women are built from it" - and a third picture of a collage, which included a picture of flowers, a balcony view of Los Angles and a second self with the caption "Happy 4th of July from LA."
Fox recently admitted that she isn't much of a social butterfly and that she does not have many friends because socializing does not come naturally to her. During an interview with Cosmopolitan Magazine, Fox admitted to having only one friend.
"I consider myself a 'girl's girl' in that I'm not competitive, jealous, or catty," the actress said in Cosmopolitan's August 2014 issue. "But I don't have a ton of female friends - I have one. Her name is Mindy and she's a facialist. I don't have many guy friends, either. I've never been a social butterfly. I don't feel lonely or isolated. I have one really great friend and that's all I need."
