Kim Kardashian's former boyfriend Reggie Bush is getting married.
The 29-year-old Detroit Lion's running back is reportedly marrying his fiancée Lilit Avagyan this weekend in a lavish ceremony at the exclusive resort Grand Del Mar in San Diego, according to The Daily Mail. Bush proposed to Avagyan last year. The couple share a daughter named Briseis.
In an interview with Life & Style Magazine, Bush said his family is the most important thing in his life and added "It has grounded me more. When you have a child, everything you do is about them. You're thinking about your child first. It's grounded me a lot more."
Bush and Avagyan reportedly started dating in 2011. The relationship made headlines due to Avagyan's striking resemblance to Bush's former reality star girlfriend, whom he dated on-and-off for three years before finally calling it quits in 2010.
"Her fame is just a little too much for him to handle," a source told Us Weekly Magazine at the time. "She travels the world and has created brands. He just can't keep up. They are unsure of what will happen in the future."
News of Bush's nuptials comes just two months after Kardashian married rapper Kanye West in Italy on May 24.
During his interview at the Wireless Festival, West said: "I told Kim seven years ago I would marry her and I made it happen. I just wanted to make something awesome and be awesome and change the world, and that's exactly what I plan to do."
Several of the couple's celebrity friends are expected to attend the ceremony; however details of the upcoming nuptials are being kept under wraps - a privacy policy enforced by the upscale resort. Miami Heat player LeBron James married his wife Savannah Brinson at the same location in 2013.
