In other Kimye baby news, Kim Kardashian reportedly had to beg her boyfriend Kanye West to come to the baby shower because cameras will be there filming for the new season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
Radar Online reports West was hesitant about showing his face at the baby shower because he does not want to appear on the reality show.
The rapper has made it known that he is not crazy about his girlfriend's reality show and recently during a concert he said he was pretty much fed up with having a camera stuck in his face all the time.
According to a source that spoke to the celebrity news site, Kardashian had to persuade West to show up. He felt it would be "silly" for him to go because he would be the only man in attendance. The source told Radar that she felt like it would look bad if West didn't "stop by the baby shower."
"Kim nagged him until he agreed when she said it would look really bad if he didn't show up," the source told Radar. "Kanye thinks it's silly to even go to the baby shower since he will be the only man there. He will be there for less than ten minutes, tops. It was important to Kim that he go, so he agreed."
The relationship has been a topic of conversation for quite some time now. In an interview with U.K.'s Fabulous magazine, the reality star admitted the two lead separate lives saying that she is more open than West, but has tried to tone down the spotlight since announcing she was pregnant.
"I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant," she told the magazine. "But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of y child and my boyfriend."
