'Glee's' Cory Monteith Remembered One Year After His Death (TWEETS)

The cast of "Glee" paid tribute to their fallen co-star Cory Monteith on the one-year anniversary of his passing, Sunday.

Monteith, who played Finn Hudson on the musical series, was found dead in his Vancouver hotel room on July 13, 2013. Toxicology reports stated the 31-year-old died of a mixture involving "intravenous heroin use combined with the ingestion of alcohol."
