Fans have one more chance to find out whether America's truly got talent.
TheWrap reported NBC has renewed "America's Got Talent" for a tenth season. The network has also renewed summer programs "Last Comic Standing" for a ninth season and "American Ninja Warrior" for a fourth season.
"The renewal of these three series is evidence that we continue to hit our stride in delivering quality entertainment to a broad viewership," Paul Telegdy, President of Alternative and Late Night Programming for NBC Entertainment, said. "All of the hard-working talented people on these shows - both behind and in front of the camera - should feel very proud of their achievements."
Bob Greenblatt, entertainment chief at NBC, made the announcement Sunday during the executive session at the Television Critics Association press tour in Beverly Hills.
"America's Got Talent" has received high ratings - averaging 12.4 million viewers in season nine. It is unknown whether current hosts Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel will be returning next summer.
NBC series "The Celebrity Apprentice" was not included in the network's schedule for 2014-2015 season. Teledgy said the seventh season of the show was produced, but there is no word on when it will air. Greenblatt revealed that every couple of years "reality franchises" take a hiatus and return refurbished.
"In terms of scheduling the current season, we have a wealth of new material, both scripted and unscripted," Telegdy said. "As yet, we haven't figured out a perfect place for the Celebrity Apprentice to go."
