Amanda Bynes wasted no time returning to Twitter when she got home from court, following her arrest Thursday night for reckless endangerment.
The 27-year-old reportedly was smoking and rolling a joint in the lobby of her New York City building. Once security called the police and escorted her back into her apartment to conduct a search, she reportedly threw her bong out of the window from 36 floors up.
Bynes appeared in court, swathed in an enormous platinum wig that was falling off her head, still in the Versace crew neck sweatshirt and leggings from the night before.
She returned home shortly after her court appearance, and, as she does, went back on Twitter.
"I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs," she wrote late Friday, after she had denied hurling the bong out of her window in court. "I've never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mug shot!" She then punctuated her tweet with a smiley face: :D
Amanda's mugshot is even more creepy than her tweet. At first, authorities took a snapshot of her with the wig on, but later took another picture with it off. Bynes is almost bald, her close-cropped hair chopped to the scalp in patches. See the mug shot here.
Her claim that she does not do drugs comes just days after InTouch magazine ran an article with disturbing photographs from a party inside Bynes' apartment. The photos depict Amanda smoking joints on top of a bare mattress, marijuana strewn all over the bed and floor.
An informant known as "Joe" told InTouch that her apartment was bare.
"Her living room is basically empty," he said. "Blinds hang on three windows near her bed, while the other windows are spray-painted black."
Bynes still claimed that she did not bring nor touch the weed, saying, "they're the ones into drugs, so they bring drugs, but I don't do them."
