Florida Man Assaults Wife At Nudist Beach For Saying He Had Sex With Man

A Florida man was arrested last Sunday for assaulting his wife at nudist retreat after she suggested he was having sexual relations with another man, The Smoking Gun reported.

Michael Doster, 49, was on a jet ski with his wife Pamela at the Passage Key sandbar, a well-known nudist retreat, when his wife said she saw Doster and "another unknown male involved in a sex act together," according to a report from the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

The couple argued and Doster became enraged, allegedly yanking his wife of two years off the Sea-Doo jet ski several times, The Smoking Gun reported.

"During the last time she was pulled off she hit her head against the side of the jet ski," the sheriff's office report said. Instead of getting back on the jet ski Pamela, wearing nothing but a life jacket, went back to the sandbar and "refused to answer his call outs."

Unable to find his wife, Doster called 911. Deputies noticed Pamela, 45, had a "bruise/bump" on her head and a "large swollen area to her left hip area" when she was found on the sandbar near Tampa Bay. Deputies also noted the couple was drunk, according to the report.

Pamela was taken to a local hospital for treatment, The Smoking Gun reported.

According to police, the sex act the wife said she witnessed involved Doster engaging in oral sex with another man. She did not say exactly when the alleged encounter happened.

Doster was arrested and charged with one misdemeanor count of domestic battery. He was released on Tuesday after posting $5,000 bond, The Smoking Gun reported.
