Heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez versus Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva is the main event of UFC 160. Velasquez, who defeated Silva last year, defends his Heavyweight Championship for the first time since winning it in December.
UFC 160 is on Saturday, May 25 at 10 p.m. ET. You can watch it HERE.
Velasquez, who is 11-1, defeated Silva in the first round of last year's bout by a technical knockout. Despite that, the 30-year-old fighter knows not to underestimate his opponent, ESPN reports.
"Bigfoot is dangerous," Velasquez told reporters. "I'm not taking him lightly going into the fight, for sure. This right now means everything for me. Staying here. Staying in this position. Holding the belt. Keeping the belt here."
Silva, with an 18-4 record, believes he learned from his loss last year and is eager for the rematch. He enters the MGM Arena with momentum and confidence from impressive wins over Alistair Overeem and Travis Browne.
"I'm very excited to fight tomorrow," Silva said. "I'm ready for this fight. I trained a lot. And I want to win this belt, for sure."
Velasquez weighed in at 240 pounds; Silva weighed in at 263 pounds.
Saturday night's card also features a heavyweight fight between Junior dos Santos and Mark Hunt. The winner of the bout could be in line next for a shot at the UFC title.
