Chris Brown To Face Four Years In Prison After Fender Bender?

For Chris Brown a simple fender-bender could land the "Fine China" star behind bars for up to for years, TMZ reports.

According to the celebrity website, Brown's Range Rover rear-ended the car of a woman. Allegedly the singer gave the woman false insurance information and got angry when the woman asked him for his ID.

Because Brown, who was in in the car with ex-girlfriend Karreuche Tran, left the scene "without fully disclosing information" he could be faced with a hit-and-run.

The singer is currently on a five-year probation for the 2009 assault on Rihanna. If he is found guilty of leaving the scene of an accident, it would be in violation of his probation.

TMZ also reports that Los Angeles police are requesting to immediately talk to Brown.

The R&B singer has been making headlines recently after his public split with Rihanna. He announced on a radio show that he was no longer dating the "Diamonds" singer and has since been spotted hanging out with Tran again. It's not only rumored that the two are back together, but also living together.

Brown recently faced legal trouble after his neighbors complained that his six-foot monster wall art was scaring the children in the neighborhood. They demanded the singer remove the graffiti painted alongside his house but Brown has refused.

L.A. city code officials responded to the complaints and cited him for $376 for unpermitted and excessive signage. They gave him 30 days to remove the paintings or pay a fine.

Mark Geragos, Brown's attorney, said the city and the neighborhood were trying to suspend Brown of his First Amendment Right.

Brown responded to the complaints via Twitter telling his neighbors to keep the kids inside and to get a f**king life.

There has been no word on the cause of Brown's car accident.
