Director J.J. Abrams and the “Star Wars: Episode VII” cast have wrapped up their three-day shoot in County Kerry, Ireland.
New photographs have surfaced of Abrams along with Mark Hamill and Daisy Ridley on the “Star Wars” set. Click here to check them out. Unfortunately, the images don’t give any hint as to who Ridley is portraying in the film. However, plot spoilers released in July revealed the newcomer was a main character in the film, along with actor John Boyega.

Badass Digest reports Boyega is a Storm Trooper deserter who eventually encounters Ridley. The duo’s journey begins after they find a severed hand holding a lightsaber.
“Their quest takes them off world, and they meet up with Han Solo and Chewbacca, who aren't flying around in the Millenium Falcon anymore but are piloting... well, that could be a spoiler,” Badass Digest Reports. “Anyway, Han and Chewie recognize the lightsaber as Luke's, and they say they haven't seen their friend in thirty years, since the events of Return of the Jedi.
“So begins a quest to find the missing Jedi Master. Meanwhile, on an ice planet, nefarious forces are building a super weapon, one capable of destroying not planets but entire solar systems.”
Little is known about Ridley, but the “Star Wars” actress has reportedly lost out on a role in "The Inbetweeners 2" due to her obligations with the Lucasfilm production.
“We’ve cut her out of the film,” Iain Morris, co-creator of “The Inbetweeners,” told Yahoo! Movies. “She [was] in the opening of the film. We reshot the opening because the script didn’t work. We desperately wanted Daisy to come back and do it because she’s brilliant, really funny. But by that point she was doing ‘Star Wars’.”
“Star Wars Episode 7” will be released to theaters on Dec. 18, 2015.
