Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Reach 73 Day Wedding Anniversary

Kanye West has one upped his wife Kim Kardashian's former husband, Kris Humpries, again by remaining married to the reality star one day more than the NBA player. The Wests celebrated 73 days of marriage on Aug. 4.

Kardashian filed for divorce from Humpries only 72 days after they married on Aug. 20, 2011, in a ceremony later broadcasted on her family's E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Her and West married on May 24 in Florence, Italy and appear to still be going strong.

West gushed about his new bride in an interview with GQ magazine for its August cover story, conducted 10 days after his wedding. "Kim is this girl who f***ing turns me on. I love her," he said. "This is who I want to be next to and be around."

The couple spent the weekend partying in Ibiza, Spain to celebrate the 40th birthday of Riccardo Tisci, the Givenchy creative director. They rubbed elbows with Tisci's other celeb pals including Paris Hilton, Justin Bieber, Naomi Campbell and the rest of the Kardashian clan.

Kardashian even snuck an Instagram pic of her husband sleeping in their hotel room with the caption, "Side chicks be like..." He appeared again, although this time awake, in a group shot with his wife, Campbell and Kate Moss. Kardashian quoted Mean Girls in the caption saying, "You can't sit with us."

Kardashian's marriage to West is her third. She married music producer Damon Thomas at age 20 in 2000, but divorced in 2004. After Kardashian filed divorce papers against Humpries on Oct. 31, 2011, he turned around and filed an annulment on the grounds of fraud, according to People. They reached a settlement on April 19, 2013 and a judge granted them a dissolution of marriage due to irreconcilable differences.

Kardashian and West have chosen to keep their private lives off the small screen for the most part. Humphries filmed with her sister Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick during the first few weeks of their short-lived marriage.

"As much as we would love to share these memories on camera, we've decided to keep this close to our heart and share thru photos," Kim tweeted before her wedding to West.
