Could there be a little baby Verlander on the way? Rumors surfaced that Kate Upton might be pregnant with her first child after photos surfaced of the model wearing a printed loose-fitting dress.
Quickly people began pointing out that the model had supposedly gained weight and the shapeless dress was concealing a baby bump. The 22-year-old Sports Illustrated model has become known for flaunting her curvy physique, so a few eyebrows were raised when she was spotted in baggy clothing.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, "one tabloid claims" the mode was "recently" spotted on a dinner date with Verlander and avoided alcohol. The site did not provide a link to back up the claims.
It was also pointed out that Upton's recent photo shoot with Elle magazine gave away signs that she might be expecting. On the cover Upton wore a black one-piece swimsuit with a coat and in an inside picture, she was photographed in a multi-layered wrap dress.
Elle also released a behind-the-scenes video in which Upton posed in different coats and kept majority of her body concealed. We have to point out that the issue is for Elle's September issue, so maybe the photo shoot was planned around the time of year and not a supposed baby bump. On Elle.com, the site even wrote Upton "set the tone for autumn/winter 2014."
In the accompanying interview with Elle she admitted that she had "been begging for this body my whole life" explaining that in Florida - where's she from - a curvy body is the sexiest body a woman could have because everyone is always rocking a bikini.
"I'm from Florida, it's all about being in bathing suits," Upton said. "You are ugly if you don't have a curvy body. And I didn't have one, and then I got one, and thought 'Yesssss!'"
