Can Jenni "JWoww" Farley prove that blondes really do have more fun?
The former "Jersey Shore" star and new mother took to Instagram on Tuesday to show-off her lighter hairstyle after dying her dark brown hair blond. On her blog, JWoww posted a picture of herself sitting in the kitchen while hairstylist Joei D. Fox added blonde extensions to her hair. The reality star declared she was "trying something new and going blonde."
"Blondes have more fun, right!?" the 28-year-old captioned a second picture of her new blond hair-do in long cascading curls.
A day later she posted another picture of her new look and slimmer physique with the caption, "Lmao! Looking at all my selfies I took while getting my hair done... @joeidfox what is wrong with me."
JWoww told Us Weekly that she is obsessed with her new look and plans to "keep it for a while." She also added that she might go lighter next time and maybe even cover up her dark roots.
The color transformation comes less than one month after JWoww and her fiancé, Roger Mathews welcomed newborn daughter, Meilani Alexandra Mathews. The starlet tweeted on Monday, that she hopes her daughter recognizes her in her new do.
"Jenni and Roger are so excited to welcome the newest guidette Meilani Alexandra Mathews to the world weighing seven pounds and 13 ounces," a representative for the reality star said in a statement. "Meilani and her parents are doing great and are happy and healthy. Meilani is already looking to trade her baby bottle for barbells."
