Mom Calls Cops on Porn Watching 15-Year-Old Son

A South Carolina mother was so disturbed when she found out her teenage son was watching porn on Tuesday that she called the cops, The Smoking Gun reported.

Real estate agent Chavonda Gallman's 15-year-old son was in his room when Gallman arrived at their Spartanburg home with her 2-year-old daughter and a client, according to police.

When the 2-year-old went into the living room, she "turned on the TV and there was porn on," according to a Spartanburg police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

Gallman immediately turned the TV off, removed her daughter from the room and called the cops on her son. Local police were struck by the bizarre situation when they responded to the 40-year-old mother's 911 call.

"Is it unusual for a momma to call the police on teenagers looking at porn? Yeah, it is," Lieutenant Kevin Bobo told The Huffington Post.

The mother explained to arriving officers she called them because her son doesn't listen and "has been having behavioral issues," according to the police report. Though watching skin-flicks in not illegal, "Mrs. Gallman requested that a report be done to document to help track her son's behavior and due to her daughter being exposed to porn."

It is not clear what the 15-year-old was doing in his room at the time of the incident. No charges or citations were issued, Bobo said.

"I don't know of any South Carolina law that was broken," Bobo told The HuffPost.
