Kris Jenner is coming to her daughter Kendall's defense after Kendall was accused of throwing money in a waitress' face.
While guest-hosting an episode of E! News, the 58-year-old "momager" weighted in on her daughter's recent encounter with New York waitress Blaine Morris.
Morris claimed that the 18-year-old reality star tried to skip out on a bill after she was refused alcohol service. She also told the New York Post that when she finally caught up to Kendall, the reality star "took a couple of $20 bills out" and threw the money in her face.
In a tweet, which was later deleted, Morris wrote, "That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face."
However, Kris defended her daughter, pointing out the Kendall's last name is not Kardashian, but Jenner, like her father, former Olympian Bruce Jenner.
"If anybody knows our little Kendall - our tall Kendall - she's the most respectful little girl in the world and would never do anything like that," Kris said. "And once she realized what was going on, she absolutely gave the woman the 30 dollars that she owed - or 33 dollars, plus a tip - and felt very horrible about the fact that somebody would do this and create these stories and start spreading things."
Kendall's lawyer Marty Singer sent Morris a cease-and-desist letter demanding that the aspiring actress issue an "appropriate retraction and sincere apology" for defamation, due to issuing a false story. Signer said his client did go to the New York City restaurant on Aug. 4, but she simply forgot to pay her bill.
When confronted by Morris, the reality star and model was "extremely apologetic" and paid $33 for the meal and "politely handed" Morris a $7 tip, the lawyer said.
"Kendall's very serious about what people say and do, and she considers her reputation everything," Kris said during the taping. "She feels like she did the most honest thing she could have done and was so nice"
