Ronda "Rowdy" Rousey announced Wednesday that fans will see her fight at 100 percent the next time she steps into the Octagon.
The UFC bantamweight champion said on UFC Tonight that she has been fighting with only one fully-functional leg since joining the company, according to Bleacher Report.
"This is actually my fourth knee surgery and my third scope ... It's going to be pretty scary when I come back 100 percent because I've been operating with one leg, pretty much, for a couple of years now," she said. "Now I've gotten to the point where my range of motion and everything is better than it's been since I was 16 years old. When I'm 100 percent back, I feel ... No, I don't feel sorry for people, ever. Actually, never mind."
Rousey revealed that she needed to have knee surgery after she beat Alexis Davis via technical knockout at UFC 175, Yahoo! Sports reported. It has only been five weeks since that fight, when Rousey announced her return.
"I've had it much worse before," she said. "I mean, I would still fight today. If they said, 'Hey, we need a fight,' I would do it today."
The target date Rousey is looking at for a return is UFC's end-of-the-year card, which will also feature Jon Jones vs. Daniel Cormier.
"I would love to be on the New Year's card again," Rousey said. "With everything that happened with Jon Jones - I heard today - I would love to be on the card with Jon Jones and Cormier. Whenever they're ready to fight, I'd love to share a card with them. I think that would be a special night."
The 27-year-old former Olympic judoka currently holds a 10-0 record, having won seven of her fights with first-round armbars, one with a third-round armbar, and her last two with first-round KO/TKOs, Bleacher Report said.
In addition to discussing her return, Rousey expressed her interest in fighting Gina Carano, UFC newcomer Holly Holm, top-ranked women's bantamweight Cat Zingano, and Invicta FC featherweight champion Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino.
"I'm down to fight her at any moment," she said. "If she walked in here right now, I'd push kick her with a heel."
