Kevin Hart has popped the big question for girlfriend of five years Eniko Parrish.
Hart, 35, proposed to Parrish on her 30th birthday party in front of friends and family. Partygoers caught the proposal on camera and uploaded small clips on their Instagram accounts. Check out the video from Hart’s romantic proposal below.
The engagement to Parrish marks Hart’s second attempt at marriage. Hart was previously married to Torrei Hart, the mother of his two children, for seven years. Coincidentally, Hart’s proposal to Parrish came on the same night Torrei’s new reality show “Atlanta Exes” premiere on VH1.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Torrei spoke candidly about her feelings towards Parrish, claiming she was her husband’s mistress and the person responsible for breaking up their marriage.
“I never lashed out,” Torrei admitted to ET, “I never tried to punch her in the face, even though I’ve had moments where — trust and believe — I wanted to K.O. her a**.”
ET was able to reach Hart for comment about Torrei’s allegations, to which he responded, “I wish Torrei nothing but the best and hope that she can find happiness like I did.”
In the “Atlanta Exes” teaser, Torrei expressed her frustration with Parrish, claiming it is difficult to see her ex-husband’s mistress with her children.
The cast also includes Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond, CeeLo Green’s ex-wife Christina Johnson, former NFL player Ray Buchanan’s ex-wife Sheree and Ne-yo’s ex Monyetta Shaw. “Atlanta Exes” airs on VH1 on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
