Latest reports indicate that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have called off their wedding after four years together but are not ready to announce it.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's engagement may have run its course after multiple sources confirm that the couple has called it quits, for good this time, according the latest edition of US Weekly. Rumors of Hemsworth's disloyalty and Cyrus's partying habits are cited as reasons for the on-an-off couple ending their relationship.
The Hunger Games actor and former Disney star were spotted kissing at a party at Cyrus' home a few days ago. Another source had told US weekly at that time that the two "were definitely back on," and added, "They break up, get back together, repeat ... they will eventually burn out."
A source had told Life & Style that the couple lived in separate rooms back then. "(Miley) stays in the master bedroom and Liam stays in one of the guest rooms," the insider said. "Sometimes she'll even stay at her parents', which is across the street, with her sister or mom so she doesn't feel alone."
But the duo has not appeared together in any event since Hemsworth returned from his trip to Australia to meet his family. Hemsworth's brothers Chris and Luke had reportedly showed their concern about his engagement to Cyrus, during his visit.
Cyrus and Hemsworth met on the sets of The Last Song in 2009 and got engaged in June 2012. Hemsworth proposed to Cyrus with a 3.5 -carat diamond ring, which she has reportedly worn on-and-off and this also has made the headlines several times.
"The two know it's over ... but aren't ready to announce it," the Life & Style source added.
