Snoop Lion and Miley Cyrus Release Video For 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks' (WATCH)

Miley Cyrus and Snoop Lion, the reincarnated Snoop Dogg, unveiled their new music video "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks," according to Rolling Stone.

The song is featured on Snoop Lion's album "Reincarnated" and pairs the two singing and rapping on the ups and downs of a life in black and white.

"Tonight there's gonna be a lot of smoke in the air," Snoop Lion raps at the start of the song.

Cyrus adds her own laments with lines such as "Is there any possibility that everyone feels like me?" Cyrus sings.

While Cyrus's lines speak of a buzz being gone, the song and video show glimmers of pleasure and pain, but a general sense of overcoming struggles. Shots of a man feeding pigeons and Snoop Lion and Cyrus's images on glass panes fall against the smoke of the video

"When it's right something will always go wrong," Snoop Lion raps, adding the struggling side to the song that counteracts being down with glimpses of camaraderie and happiness.

While Snoop Lion has faced scrutiny from the reggae and Rastafarian world, especially from Bunny Wailer, former member of Bob Marley's band who was reportedly angry about the commercialism he believes the rapper has brought to the movements. But Snoop Lion told Rolling Stone he didn't really understand the feud and wasn't going to respond because of his love for the artist.

"If I'm gonna be Rasta incorporated, loving energy is the only way I can match his negative energy," he told the magazine.

Bad-girl Cyrus's verses on the song are chill, but Maxim's Hottest adds spark of fiery color to the black and white images set to reggae riffs. See for yourself below.
