Ariana Grande is firing back a second time against critics who believe that the recent leaked nude pictures of the singer were authentic.
The 21-year-old entertainer took to her Twitter page Tuesday to let her fans know that the pictures posted online during the Labor Day weekend were fake, Billboard.com reported. The singer joked that her butt is cuter than the one in the alleged leaked photos.
"To every1 going on about my 'nudes' & my 'm&g prices' neither are real! My lil ass is a lot cuter than that lmao & tour details r comin soon," Grande wrote on Twitter. "But forreal tho whoever thought those were actually me...... love u but I'm praying for u????????"
Grande's "Victorious" co-star Victoria Justice also claimed that leaked pictures of her were fake, writing on her Twitter page, "These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*"
Grande was unfortunately one of the celebrity victims who found themselves the target of online harassment after a hacker posted naked pictures of them online.
Other celebrities receiving backlash for their alleged naked pictures are Jennifer Lawrence, Kirsten Dunst, Teresa Palmer, Krysten Ritter and Kate Upon. The pictures were reportedly stolen from online file storage and posted online without the celebrities' permission.
The FBI is investigating the matter along with Apple, which operates the online file storage service iCloud, where most of the pictures were reportedly found.
"The FBI is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter," FBI Spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said in a statement, according to NBC News. "Any further comment would be inappropriate at this time."
Apple Spokeswoman Natalie Kerris said, "We take user privacy very seriously and are actively investigating this report."
Not long after the photos were made public, Lawrence's rep released an official statement to TMZ saying that the pictures were a "flagrant violation of privacy" and that "the authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."
Upton's lawyer confirmed that the pictures were real but threatened to take legal actions against internet users who attempt to share the photos.
