A Florida man was arrested last weekend for allegedly groping a Taco Bell employee by reaching through the drive-thru window, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
Philip Guerrero arrived at the Bradenton Taco Bell at around 2 a.m. Saturday, placed his order and proceeded to the pick-up window. The 38-year-old then got out of his car, "reached inside the window and grabbed the victim's left butt check," the police report reads.
The victim called police and said she wanted to press charges.
Guerrero was arrested and charged with simple battery. He was released from the Manatee County Jail after posting $500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 2, according to The Smoking Gun.
Police noted the alleged groper was under the influence of alcohol. Guerrero apparently has prior arrests for battery, drunk driving and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court records.
Guerrero is not the first to be arrested for trying to cop a feel at a fast food joint.
A 36-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested last year for allegedly reaching into an Arby's drive-thru window and groping the employee as she handed him his order.
Police later arrested the suspect after his trail of fries and sauce led them to his motel room.
