If you want to make elaborate mansions or keep your beloved Sims from dying, theses “Sims 4” cheats are for you.
There’s a cheat for free real estate, free money, no Plumbobs and more. However, if you’re interested in a cheat that’s a little more quirky, EA has added in a code that allows gamers to create giant toilets and more.
In order to activate the cheats, users must open The Cheat Console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C on a PC or COMMAND+SHIFT+C on a Mac. Check out the list of basic cheats below published on IGN’s website, along with videos detailing how each cheat works.
1. reset sim [first name] [last name]: Resets the specified Sim.
2. fullscreen: Toggles fullscreen mode on/off.
3. headlineeffects on: Toggles headline effects (plumbbob, thought bubbles, etc)
4. Death.toggle: Disables death so your Sims’ lives will be eternal.
5. FreeRealEstate on: Active this cheat so your Sims won’t ever have to pay a dime on their dream home.
6. rosebud: 1,000 Simoleons to your household.
7. kaching: 1,000 Simoleons to your household.
8. motherlode: 50,000 Simoleons to your household.

1. Add to Family: Selected Sim will become a part of the currently active family.
2. Cheat Motive > Make Happy: Your Sims’ motives will be restored.
3. Cheat Motive > Disable Motive Decay: Your Sims will no longer have mood swings.
4. Cheat Motive > Enable Motive Decay: Your Sims will show emotions, again.
5. Make Dirty: Selected object will become filthy.
6. Make Clean: Selected object will become spotless.
